General Conditions

- Shuttle booking must be made 72 hours prior to arrival.
- The bookings will be done with the maximum of 10 guests.
- The transfer will be done ONLY at the REGULAR TIMETABLE detailed next:
8:00 - 10:45 - 13:15 - 15:45 - 18:15
- Don´t forget the following Data: Full Name of ALL the people that will take the transfer – Date of Arrival - Flight Number - Time of Shuttle In – Hostel where you booked your stay
- For the shuttle booking use the same name you used to book the hostel.
- This is not a private shuttle service. This is a REGULAR shuttle and you have to fit in the timetable. Please check timetable below.

- A voucher will be send to you by mail confirming the booking. If you don´t receive it, please email again.
- The shuttle will leave you at the Hostel Suites Obelisco or close to the Hostel Suites Florida, but Hostel Suites Palermo and Tango Backpackers are out of the route. Still, from the drop off point you can easily take the “subte” (local subway)

How to find us at the International Airport?

-Look for the “Meeting Point” painted in orange. Terminal A (Attention! Aerolineas Argentinas arrives to Terminal B, so if you are coming with AR, you have to change terminal)
When you go out of the internal gates AFTER customs, to your LEFT.
-During the times planned a driver with a red t-shirt and a red Hostel Transfer sign will be waiting for you.
-If anything happens and we are not there, you can call the emergency local phone. Dial: 011-4325-0969
-If your plane is late or you stayed too much at the free shop, WE CAN´T WAIT FOR YOU. Sorry, we are not mean! We have to go back to Buenos Aires to pick up the guys who are taking the flights out. In that case, you can wait for the next shuttle available, or you can take an alternative way of transportation on your charge. Remember that ours is a regular service. Not a private one.
